Shipping and Pickup Policy – Royal Perfumes S. de R.L.

1. Home Delivery

Free shipping: Purchases from L 800 or more include free delivery within areas covered by standard rates from Cargo Expreso, C807 Express, Pedidos Ya, YoVoy, Moovin, or a private courier.

Purchases under L 800: The customer is responsible for the full shipping cost.

2. Deliveries in San Pedro Sula

For motorcycle deliveries within San Pedro Sula, Royal Perfumes S. de R.L. covers up to L 65 of the shipping cost; the customer is responsible for any excess amount.

3. Deliveries Outside San Pedro Sula

Additional charges may apply for transshipment or special rates from companies such as Cargo Expreso, Island Shipping, CM Airlines, or C807 Express. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Selection of Shipping Company

Royal Perfumes S. de R.L. reserves the right to choose the shipping company that provides the best service under current circumstances, without incurring additional costs to the customer.

Customers will be notified with tracking information. In the near future, we will offer the option for customers to select their preferred shipping provider.

5. Delivery Times

Main cities: Next-day delivery.

Rural areas: 2–3 days.

Hard-to-reach areas: More than 4 days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, accessibility, or distance. In case of significant delays, we will offer alternatives such as a refund or store credit.

6. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are processed the same day.

For Cargo Expreso shipments, the cut-off time is 1:00 p.m.

Credit card payments may require additional verification.

7. Deliveries in High-Risk Areas

Delivery will be made to a pre-agreed meeting point.

If the customer refuses to receive the package at the meeting point and the package has already been shipped, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

8. Change of Delivery Address

Changing the delivery address after the order is confirmed may incur an additional charge, based on the rate from the shipping company or the cost assumed by Royal Perfumes S. de R.L.

Free shipping applies only to the original address provided in the order.

9. In-Store Pickup

Location: Paseo Próceres, San Pedro Sula.

10. Pickup and Payment Methods

Card payments: Only the cardholder may pick up the order, presenting a valid ID and the physical card used for purchase. Copies or photos of the card are not accepted.

Bank transfer or pay-in-store: Anyone may pick up the order; however, for card payments, the cardholder must be present with their ID. Third-party cards are not accepted.

11. Cancellations

If the product has already been shipped and the customer cancels, L 200 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.

This fee may be reduced or waived depending on the circumstances.
